California Honey Bee on St. Catherine's Lace
Honey Bees & A Turn In the Path
AUGUST 8, 2018
Like the honey bees in my garden seeking nectar, I too am always looking for ways to bring the sweetness of my life and work more fully into the world.

My labyrinth work and private consulting have required more of my time, so this will be my last post from my Nurturing Mind Spirit & Body website. There is nothing you need to do, as I will be importing this mailing list to my new Labyrinth Architects website where all my blog posts will now come from. If you no longer wish to receive weekly messages from me, you can unsubscribe now or at any time in the future.

All future posts will be coming from info@labyrintharchitects.com, so be sure to add this e-mail address to your contact list! Here is what the new posts will look like and shows my most recent Haiku My Heart. Please click on the image below to go to the new site and read this post!
I so appreciate this connection with each of you, my dear readers, and it is my intent to continue to bring inspiration, beauty, and content that refreshes the spirit of each and every person who visits here and shares in my work in the world.

Every square inch on the St. Catherine's Lace and the purple Vitex bush in my front yard is covered in honey bees. I love having these amazing flying wonders in my garden and appreciate them so and the gifts they offer us. I like to think that each of us, that we too make a difference in the world in more ways than we can imagine. Thank you for your creative heart and spirit and for being a part of my world.

Love, Lea

Labyrinths provide us with a path to practice change. Some labyrinths have withstood the passage of time for thousands of years. Others are here for just an afternoon, drawn in the sand at the edge of the ocean. Many modern labyrinths were meant to last for years, but because of unforeseen circumstances their time is shorter than intended. And they once again help us to practice letting go and giving thanks for the time they are with us. The Labyrinth of Life at the Sebastopol, California Teen Center reached such place of letting go and is at the end of one chapter and the beginning of another chapter that is yet unknown.

Sometimes... a labyrinth can take years to become a physical reality. In 2018 I met with my friend Deb, to discuss her desire to have a labyrinth on the beautiful land she lives on. Despite our plans and several meetings, listening to the land and finding the right spot, the labyrinth did not come to fruition. Fast-forward five years and in the blink of an eye... it happened!
